Chef’s Tasting Notes
Honolulu: Tropical and floral flavors of mango and pineapple are balanced with roasted and salted macadamias. They enhance the initial flavors of the bitter and roasted cacao of the chocolate. These ingredients are a trifecta of some of Hawaii’s best products, which pair very well with the French dark chocolate.
Beijing: Sweet and floral mandarin oranges and the tart and herbal notes of wild goji berry pair well with the intense yet balanced 70% French dark chocolate. The initial roasted and bitter flavor is tamed with notes of vanilla and finished with the acidic fruits. The flavor of freeze-dried mandarin oranges is so unique. The texture along with the chewiness of the goji berry and the snap of the chocolate make for a great eating experience.
