Sea salt enhances all of the complexities of this chocolate paired with the yeast and malt flavors of San Francisco’s quintessential sourdough bread from Tartine’s Bakery. The pairing of chocolate and bread is interesting to me. Chocolate and bread make a beautiful pair, because, like wine, they have few ingredients, but a very complex flavor profile that represents the region from which they originate.

2-day delivery: Complimentary for orders of $40 or more. $4.95 for orders below $40.
1-day delivery: $17.95.
Orders received after 4PM EST will be shipped out the following business day.
We avoid shipping over the weekend, as we want our chocolates to arrive in the best condition possible. To all warm weather addresses, we pack our chocolates in special “ice boxes” so our chocolates never melt.
