Sweet fuji apples complement the red fruit and hint of cardamom, cinnamon, and clove. The sweetness of the ruby chocolate is balanced with the bitterness of cocoa nib and dark chocolate. Amazing apples were used to make this bar. They are incredibly balanced with acid and sweetness.
